Contains 40g of easily absorbed carbohydrates. Formulated with 880 mg of sodium per liter and sugars for optimal hydration during longer endurance sessions lasting more than 1 hour or for when training in the heat. With a sodium to potassium ratio of 4:1, matching the electrolytes the body loses under such conditions.
